About Aleta E. Klein
While at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties she served as a Vice President and was recognized as an International Previews® Property Specialist for the marketing of property in excess $1 million. Aleta was a member of the distinguished International Presidents Circle and ranked in the top 4% of sales people for all of Coldwell Banker North America.
On April 29, 2002 she fulfilled a new goal with the opening of her own real estate company, KleinCo, LLC, the President and Principal Broker. Aleta enjoys a well-deserved reputation as a skillful negotiator dedicated to obtaining optimum results for her clients. Her creative marketing and problem solving skills have profited and impressed her clients for years. Aleta’s philosophy is to harmonize her clients' particular needs with the dynamics of an ever-changing marketplace. Her positive attitude, knowledge and flexibility are combined with persistence to produce a winning combination. Using specialized training and years of experience, she successfully assists seasoned and first time clients in achieving their real estate goals in both active and marginal markets.
She consistently closes sales in excess of $10 million annually. Attesting to her success, Aleta has built a solid clientele that includes leading business people, banks, attorneys, physicians, Realtors, local trust companies and hundreds of other satisfied buyers and sellers. Trustworthy and dependable, she also serves as a court appointed special commissioner.
In 1998 Aleta was one of the first agents nominated for the "Aloha Aina Realtor" award, which recognizes excellence in the Real Estate Industry. Her credentials include a Certified Residential Specialist designation, and she is a graduate from the Realtors Institute. She is the Chairman of the Hawaii Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committee, and a member of their Strategic Planning Committee. As Chairperson, she was closely involved in the design, development and revision of new and existing contracts and forms used throughout the industry. Aleta is also a member of the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee. In 1994 Aleta received the President’s Award from the Hawaii Association of Realtors. She has served on a number of educational panels for sales agents, attorneys, principal brokers and court commissioners. Schooled locally at Punahou and the University of Hawaii, she is an active member of the Hawaii Association of Realtors, Honolulu Board of Realtors, Realtors National Marketing Institute and the National Association of Realtors.
